No Slackers, No Excuses, Just Execution Let's cut to the chase—this role isn't for someone who needs constant reminders, drops the ball, or blames "the system" when things fall apart. We're looking for someone who owns the install schedule , keeps everything (and everyone) on track, and makes sure our jobs get done on time, every time . If you like solving problems, making things run smoother, and thrive in a fast-paced, no-BS environment, you might be the one.
What You'll Be Doing:
Own the Install Schedule
  • From permits to punch lists, you'll coordinate every moving piece so our crews stay on time and customers stay happy. Communicate Like a Pro
  • Keep techs, customers, vendors, and leadership in the loop—no ghosting, no crossed wires. Order Equipment
  • Make sure the right gear shows up at the right place, right when we need it. Handle Rebates & Warranties
  • Cross the T's, dot the I's, and file everything right the first time. Apply for Permits and Schedule County Inspections
  • Make sure every job is properly permitted before the first tool comes out-no surprises, no hold ups. Keep Things Organized
  • Track job details, manage paperwork, and put chaos in its place.
What You Need to
Succeed:
Experience in HVAC, scheduling, or construction coordination. Strong organization skills —you thrive on structure, checklists, and making sense of the mess. Excellent communication —you can wrangle a team and calm down a frustrated customer without breaking a sweat. Tech-savvy —comfortable with CRMs, scheduling software, spreadsheets, and maybe even a label maker. A " get it done " attitude—no babysitting required.
What You Get:
Solid pay for solid performance. Stability with full-time hours. A fast-moving company that values people who take ownership. ‍ A tight-knit team that works hard, jokes often, and delivers for our customers. This job isn't for everyone. But if you're ready to step into a role where your ability to coordinate and communicate actually matters—we're ready for you. Apply now—because HVAC installs don't schedule themselves
