We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to perform, and wants to be part of a tight, no-drama team. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, gas furnaces, package units) Perform service calls with a focus on fixing the problem right the first time Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions Complete service tickets and documentation in our CRM (FieldEdge / transitioning to ServiceTitan) Maintain a clean, organized truck and proper inventory Participate in on-call rotation (currently ~1 week every 4-5 weeks) What We Expect Strong troubleshooting ability across multiple brands (not just one) Ability to work independently without constant supervision Professional communication with customers and team Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn and improve — we track performance and expect growth If it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen Requirements 2+ years HVAC service experience preferred EPA Certification (required) Valid driver's license (clean record) Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions Basic electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills Compensation & Benefits $25-$32/hour based on experience Overtime available Take-home company vehicle Gas card Company iPad Paid training and development Opportunity for advancement Why Work Here Family-owned and operated — not corporate Steady, year-round work Supportive team that actually communicates Clear expectations and accountability We focus on doing the job right, not rushing to the next one
