The Lead Installer should have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a HVAC Installer and be able to work under minimal supervision to install HVAC equipment and accessories in a customer's home. This individual will be installing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, as well as various accessories in accordance with company requirements and manufacturer specifications.

$22-28 (DOE) Responsibilities Requires prior experience in a
LEAD HVAC
installation role. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components. Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as required Performs start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems and other components Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete the installation work Qualifications 4+ years of proven experience as a HVAC Installer Must have EPA Certification Must have own tools Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of the fundamentals of the operational functionality of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment as well as related accessories Proficient at installing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as related accessories Ability to stand and walk and to climb ladders and attic stairs and to maneuver in attics, basements, and crawl spaces to access HVAC units. Ability to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions, including but not limited to the following: hot, cold, outdoor, indoor, dry, humid, slippery surfaces, heights, and congested areas Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record We are also looking for a Helper to aid the Lead Installer in all areas of service. The Helper should be eager to assist where needed, with 2 years of prior HVAC experience and knowledge of HVAC systems and processes.
