Job Description

Corley Plumbing Air Electric is seeking a top-tier HVAC Installer to join our growing team in the Greenville, SC area. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed. Our HVAC Installers are equipped with company vehicles stocked with tools and parts and receive a company-issued cell phone and tablet. We also offer free continuing education units (CEUs) to support your professional development.

Compensation and Benefits:

Day Rate Compensation $27-$35 an hour Early finish incentives Affordable Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans 401(k) plan with a 3% company match Optional Short- and Long-Term Disability coverage Complimentary $50,000 Life Insurance policy for employees Paid holidays and paid time off annually

Key Responsibilities:

Install HVAC systems following safety protocols, company standards, and manufacturer guidelines Stay informed about the latest HVAC technologies and products Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns during installations Connect equipment correctly, including electrical hookups, gas lines, and venting Accurately document all job details according to company requirements Maintain full responsibility for assigned company vehicle, parts inventory, and equipment Perform all work to industry standards while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor Adhere to all relevant codes, regulations, and company safety policies Foster effective working relationships with colleagues Communicate ideas clearly both verbally and in writing Corley Plumbing Air Electric is an equal opportunity employer.
