What You'll Do:

Perform residential HVAC diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and customer education while delivering high-quality service in the field. You will represent the company professionally, build trust with homeowners, and provide honest recommendations focused on long-term customer satisfaction rather than aggressive sales tactics.

What You Bring:

Residential HVAC service experience EPA Certification Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Mechanical aptitude and safe tool usage Strong customer communication skills Commitment to quality workmanship and continued skill development

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, typically 8:30 AM-4:30 PM Rotating on-call schedule as needed Flexible scheduling options
