About the Role As a Home Climate Systems Specialist, you will serve as a technical expert responsible for ensuring the comfort and efficiency of residential heating and cooling environments. You will play a vital role in diagnosing complex mechanical issues and delivering high-quality repair solutions that improve system longevity and performance for our homeowners. Responsibilities Execute precise diagnostics and repairs on residential HVAC systems, including air handlers, ductwork, and drainage components. Optimize system efficiency by performing thorough maintenance, adjustments, and safety inspections. Deliver expert technical guidance to homeowners, helping them understand their system needs and offering professional recommendations for upgrades. Maintain detailed service logs to ensure accurate documentation of all repairs and system health status. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace while adhering to all industry-standard safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to resolve challenging technical issues and contribute to overall service excellence. Qualifications Required Skills 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service and maintenance. Current EPA Certification. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical system failures. Physical capability to navigate attics, crawlspaces, and climb ladders while utilizing hand tools. Preferred Skills Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to new technologies and dynamic work environments.
