Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems. Cooperate with other departments to continually improve processes and communication flow. For each installation job, request necessary parts and equipment in advance and verify the truck is properly loaded with all materials needed to complete the work. Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge with team members. Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date. Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and industry standards. Drive a company vehicle and ensure it is properly maintained. What Do You Need? Must be 21 years of age or older Eligible to work in the United States Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (as required by law) Minimum of five (5) years of residential HVAC installation experience Strong customer service skills and mechanical aptitude Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with crew partners
