Pay:

$30.00 - $49.00 per hour (depending on experience) + commissions + spiffs + benefits

Schedule:

7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday) with some on-call rotation. Role Summary You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards. This role focuses on providing high-quality service experiences while representing our commitment to excellence. What We're Looking For 3+ years of HVAC service experience (residentiallight commercial) Valid EPA Certification (NATE certification preferred) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent customer service abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record If you're a dedicated technician ready to join a growing local company that appreciates your skills and supports your success, we'd love to talk with you.
