What You'll Do Install residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, package units, mini splits, and ventilation equipment Replace and upgrade existing systems to improve comfort, reliability, and energy efficiency for homeowners Work alongside experienced installers and technicians while continuing to develop your technical skills Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and installation plans Troubleshoot installation challenges and help deliver clean, professional results on every job Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to company quality standards Communicate professionally with homeowners and represent the company positively in the field Learn advanced installation techniques, diagnostics, airflow design, and system optimization as you grow within the company What We're Looking For HVAC installation or mechanical experience preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Positive attitude and team mentality Ability to work in a fast paced environment Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions Experience with electrical testing, refrigeration systems, sheet metal, or welding is a plus Why Join Our Team?
