Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across a variety of properties. Key Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration, and ventilation systems Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and design plans Perform routine inspections to ensure system safety and efficiency Assist with plumbing-related HVAC tasks such as refrigerant line and water connections Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues Service HVAC equipment and related systems to minimize downtime Maintain accurate service records and documentation Qualifications & Experience HVAC experience preferred, but not required — willing to train the right candidate looking to learn a skilled trade Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with tools and equipment Ability to read and follow technical instructions (training provided if needed) Interest in HVAC, construction, or mechanical systems Strong work ethic and reliability in a field service environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
