Position Summary:
We're seeking a HVAC Technician to assist HVAC maintenance and repair at our two Rock Hill, SC community. This role is ideal for a seasoned HVAC professional who's hands-on, highly organized, and capable of working independently. If you can take charge without constant supervision and want to be part of a team that values initiative, this is the job for you.
Responsibilities:
HVAC operations, including diagnostics, repair, and system maintenance (split systems, central air, heat pumps, etc.). Manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Respond to service requests and after-hours/emergency HVAC issues. Maintain accurate service records and inventory logs. Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and safety standards. Collaborate with property and maintenance teams; assist with mentoring junior techs.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of HVAC experience; multifamily housing preferred. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Effective communication with residents, team members, and vendors. Valid driver's license; ability to travel between properties. Must be available for rotating on-call shifts, including some weekends. Why Momentum?
