The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems and a passion for delivering high-quality service. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure that our clients enjoy optimal comfort and efficiency in their environments. Pay to include hourly, commission and piece pay by the job. Duties Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to troubleshoot electrical components and diagnose issues. Collaborate with team members to build and install ductwork, ensuring proper airflow and system efficiency. Conduct thorough inspections of systems to ensure proper operation and safety compliance. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. Drive company vans to job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally. Qualifications Proven experience in HVAC installation or related fields. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems. Familiarity with property maintenance practices is a plus. Ability to perform equipment repairs efficiently and effectively. Experience in plumbing is desirable but not mandatory. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively.
