HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems Diagnose system issues and recommend effective solutions Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Communicate clearly with customers and team members Maintain accurate service records and job documentation Qualifications Experience in HVAC service, installation, or maintenance preferred EPA certification is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for overtime and advancement Supportive team environment 30% stipend for medical insurance 401k - 3% match
