This role is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while delivering an excellent customer experience. We are looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment Perform routine maintenance inspections and recommend needed repairs or system improvements Communicate findings, repair options, and recommendations clearly to customers Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable codes Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and job notes using company software/devices Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized Participate in on-call rotation and emergency service as needed Maintain strong customer relationships through professionalism and dependable service
Qualifications:
Previous HVAC service experience preferred EPA Certification required (or ability to obtain) Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and manage daily service schedule Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
NATE Certification or state HVAC license Experience with residential sales recommendations and accessory upgrades Knowledge of ServiceTitan or similar field service software
