HVAC Technician

As a Mobile HVAC/Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting multiple commercial properties The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication, which will align successfully in the organization Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, and boilers Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot electrical distribution, plumbing, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems Conduct facility inspections and report conditions impacting client operations Travel within assigned territory to support multiple client locations and ensure optimal system performance Work in a dynamic environment supporting diverse commercial properties salary: $55,000
