- No micromanagement — we trust professionals The Work You'll install residential HVAC systems throughout Blount County and the surrounding East Tennessee area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing residential HVAC systems
- Replacing air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, coils, and package units
- Assisting with or completing ductwork modifications and replacements
- Installing refrigerant lines, drain lines, low-voltage wiring, and accessories
- Setting outdoor units, indoor units, and equipment pads
- Following installation plans, job notes, and company standards
- Working in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions when needed
- Maintaining clean, safe, and professional job sites
- Communicating clearly with team members and customers
- Following all safety and EPA guidelines
- Taking pride in doing the job right the first time What We Need Must have:
- Residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
- Professional appearance and communication
- Pride in clean, quality workmanship Strongly preferred:
- EPA Certification
- Experience installing heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, air handlers, coils, and package units
- Basic electrical and low-voltage knowledge
- Basic ductwork experience
- Ability to braze and work with refrigerant lines
