Apply today and become a part of the Everest Air family! Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Assist in installation/changeout HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units as needed. Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues with equipment and recommend appropriate solutions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all service operations. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used for each job. Communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance and recommendations for improvements. Must have a clean driving record Experience Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and repair is essential. Familiarity with property maintenance practices is a plus. Mechanical knowledge related to air conditioning units, heat pumps, and other HVAC equipment is required. Ability to work independently in the field while providing excellent customer service.
