Job Responsibilities Install, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components Perform system diagnostics and preventative maintenance Communicate clearly with customers and team members Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site Follow all safety and EPA guidelines What We're Looking For HVAC experience preferred (installation and/or service) EPA Certification strongly preferred Valid driver's license & clean driving record Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces Reliable and professional
