Full-Time Position Summary Ascend Air Solutions is seeking a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. Perform preventative maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues. Install HVAC equipment, accessories, and system components as needed. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers. Complete service documentation and work orders accurately and timely. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment. Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards. Participate in on-call rotation as required. Qualifications Required Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems independently. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops. Preferred EPA Universal Certification. NATE Certification. Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, package units, mini-splits, and commercial RTUs.
