Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking skilled HVAC/R Technicians and HVAC Maintenance Techs to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently in the field while providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to troubleshoot electrical components of HVAC systems. Diagnose issues related to refrigeration and air conditioning units and implement effective solutions. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored service solutions. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and equipment maintenance. Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on-site to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry. Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance. Familiarity with HVAC design principles and best practices for installation and repair. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigerants, and associated tools is essential.
