Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Certified Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our apartment community. The ideal candidate will be HVAC certified and or EPA certification. Be able to trouble shoot and repair simple AC units, plumbing, paint, drywall repairs, basic knowledge of appliance repair, assist with all maintenance needs throughout the community. We are ready to hire now, submit resume and get scheduled for an in-person interview.

Expected hours:

40 per week with an on-call rotation for after-hour emergencies.

Residential Maintenance:
