Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

We are a growing HVAC company specializing in multi-unit residential installations and service. We are currently looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our team in Columbia. We offer a stable salary structure and consistent year-round work. Position Summary The HVAC Service Technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems within our residential portfolio. We are looking for a skilled technician who can work independently to solve technical issues and ensure systems are running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Diagnostics & Repair:

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including split systems, heat pumps, and furnaces.

Additional Equipment:

Perform service and repairs on other equipment as needed.

System Maintenance:

Complete routine maintenance and safety inspections.

Troubleshooting:

Identify electrical and refrigeration issues and provide effective solutions.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of service calls and work performed.

Communication:

Work professionally with site supervisors and team members.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of professional HVAC service experience.

Certification:

EPA 608 Certification is required.

Technical Skill:

Strong understanding of the refrigeration cycle, electrical troubleshooting, and furnaces.

Reliability:

Must have a valid driver's license and a consistent work history.

Physical Ability:

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various field conditions. Work Schedule & Compensation Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00

PM Salary Position:

Consistent weekly pay throughout the year.

Pay:

Negotiable based on experience.
