Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your knowledge and field service experience in an environment dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction. Duties Service, and repair HVAC systems. Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs. Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan. Troubleshoot electrical components using tools such as ohmmeters and perform equipment repairs with precision. Perform work related to HVAC systems, including refrigerant line repairs. Maintain detailed service records, complete shift reports, and document all repairs for accountability and future reference. Skills Proven service technician experience with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems. Ability to read schematics accurately and understand HVAC design principles. Field service expertise with a focus on property maintenance and appliance troubleshooting. Familiarity with the safe handling of refrigerants. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments requiring mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
