What You'll Do:

Service commercial and residential HVAC systems Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair RTUs, splits, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, and chillers Perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate service records Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch Maintain organized vehicle stock and adhere to safety standards

What We're Looking For:

4+ years HVAC/R service or install experience EPA Certification (required) Refrigeration experience a plus Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Bonus:

ServiceTitan or chiller experience
