  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer to lead installation projects.
In this vital role, oversee HVAC system installations, and ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry best practices. Your expertise will drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction in every project. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate HVAC installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications. Supervise technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize performance. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately install systems according to technical requirements. Utilize diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to assess electrical components and ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations on HVAC solutions. Manage inventory of parts and equipment necessary for installation and repair tasks. Experience Proven experience as an installer within the HVAC industry with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Extensive knowledge of construction practices related to HVAC installation projects. Familiarity with HVAC design principles, schematics interpretation, and property maintenance procedures. Valid driver's license. Join us as a Lead HVAC Installer.
