Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical Helper to join our dynamic service team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical systems across various commercial and residential properties. As a helper, you will work closely with experienced technicians to develop your skills and contribute to delivering top-quality service. This paid position is perfect for individuals eager to build a career in the trades, with a focus on mechanical systems, refrigeration, and property maintenance. Duties Assist technicians with installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring. Support the setup and troubleshooting of HVAC systems using schematics and technical diagrams. Help perform routine inspections of air conditioning units, boilers, and other mechanical equipment. Use tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to assist in equipment repair and maintenance tasks. Follow safety protocols during field service operations, including proper handling of refrigerants and electrical components. Aid in reading schematics and HVAC design plans to ensure accurate installation and repairs. Experience Prior experience or familiarity with construction sites or service technician roles is highly preferred. Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, or boiler operation is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in equipment repair will set you apart. Ability to operate diagnostic tools like ohmmeters and understand schematics or HVAC design plans is a plus. Demonstrated mechanic experience or welding skills can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
