You Will Start Out Assisting our Lead HVAC Man Dedicated Maintenance Tech/HVAC Truck After Fully Trained Vehicle Is To Be Left At Launch Location At The End Of Work Day Unless On Call Or Otherwise Cleared By Manager.

Truck Comes Loaded With Hand & Power Tools To Perform Most Jobs. We Provide The Tools. You May Be Responsible For Replacement Tools If Lost Or Broken.

• All Customer Relations are Managed through HCP. Customers, Invoices, Scheduling, Pricing Etc…. Smartphone Required

Job Duties :

1. Performing Maintenance Tasks & Quotes As Assigned By Office Staff. (Odd & End Errands May Pop Up Periodically). 2. Main Job Will Be Maintenance Of HVAC

• Installing & Helping Others Fields (HVAC Service, Plumbing, Jetting, Maintenance & Electrical) May Be Required During Slower Periods. 3. You Will Be Required To Interact Well With Customers

• Assisting With Advertising, Signs, Magnets, Etc… Are Always Encouraged Throughout Your Time With Uncle Sams.

• 40 Hours A Week 8AM-5PM (Flexible Scheduling Considered). Lunch Break Allowed

• Occurs When Arriving At Work Vehicle Launch Site. Clock Out
• Occurs When Leaving Launch Site At The End Of Day & During Any Break Periods.

Reporting to the Manager, your core skills in HVAC and refrigeration will be complemented by your premium skills in construction and service technician experience. You will utilize your mechanical knowledge and relevant skills in equipment repair and property maintenance to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Qualifications Experience in HVAC Preffered but Not Required Proficient in HVAC and refrigeration systems Familiarity with HVAC Experience as a service technician in construction Skilled in plumbing and equipment repair Ability to operate power tools Valid driver's license for van driving responsibilities
