) Position Overview Fix what matters—Rapid Response is hiring HVAC Service Technicians who know comfort is everything. When someone's heat goes out in January or their AC dies in July, you're not just fixing equipment. You're giving them back their peace of mind. As an HVAC Service Technician at Rapid, you'll work on systems that families depend on. If you take pride in solving tough problems and leaving customers better than you found them, let's talk.
What You'll Do:
Service residential HVAC systems with expertise and care Handle full system changeouts efficiently without sacrificing quality Diagnose problems and explain solutions in terms customers understand Protect customers' homes like they're your own (floor savers, drop cloths, clean work areas) Double-check your work—callbacks aren't just costly, they're disappointing
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma and valid driver's license At least 5 years hands-on HVAC experience (residential service preferred) Clean background check Can handle physical demands: lifting 50-75 lbs, tight spaces, all weather conditions You care about getting it right the first time You can explain technical problems without talking down to customers You want to be the tech who solves problems others can't Desired Skills and Experience If you can achieve the above and you find it fun and challenging
