HVAC Lead Installer Gray, TN $55,000

- Full-time Duties Lead Install team Responsible for working with little to no supervision while completing jobs Install, maintain, remove, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings Have a knowledge of wiring, brazing, soldering, pipefitting, welding, and fabrication Perform installation of all metal duct systems Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues•Collaborate with team members to complete installations and repairs efficiently Zoning For each HVAC installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it Document work performed in accordance with company procedure Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge Ability to read mechanical plans Experience 4+ years experience HVAC install 1+ year Leadership experience 1+ year Construction experience 1+ year Service technician experience Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Proficient in using hand and power tools Experience with welding and soldering techniques Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to HVAC installations Have excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbally Have excellent attendance record and be highly punctual If you have a passion for working with your hands, enjoy problem-solving, and have experience in the HVAC industry, we want to hear from you!
