Starting at $23/hr Job Description We're a fast-growing mechanical contractor specializing in commercial HVAC systems. Our team is built on passion, respect, integrity, a service attitude, and the pursuit of education. We're looking for a skilled HVAC Installer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work from rough-in to startup.
Responsibilities:
Install and braze copper refrigerant linesets with precision and leak-free integrity Wire and terminate low voltage control systems (thermostats, sensors, controllers) Perform equipment startups for VRF systems, rooftop units, and split systems Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to meet installation timelines Ensure compliance with safety standards and jobsite protocols Maintain accurate documentation of installations and startup procedures Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues on-site
Qualifications:
3+ years of HVAC installation experience (commercial preferred) Proficiency in copper brazing and pressure testing Solid understanding of low voltage wiring and HVAC control systems Experience with equipment startups and commissioning procedures EPA Universal Certification preferred Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans and wiring diagrams Strong communication and teamwork skills OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus Company benefits include: Competitive pay based on experience Group health, dental, & vision insurance after 90 days (Company pays percentage of insurance.)
