This position supports all Revel Group entities, including Anakeesta, WildSide, company-owned apartments, cabins, administrative offices, and other facilities. The HVACR Technician plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable building systems that support our guests, residents, and team members. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVACR systems including chillers, boilers, split systems, package units, air handlers, refrigeration equipment, ventilation systems, and ductwork. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance and extend system lifespan. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVACR equipment and controls efficiently and accurately. Respond to service requests and emergency repairs across all Revel Group properties to minimize operational downtime. Monitor, adjust, and maintain HVACR systems to ensure proper temperature, humidity, indoor air quality, and energy efficiency. Maintain refrigeration systems serving restaurants, food service operations, and commercial facilities. Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal codes, regulations, and safety standards. Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair documentation, and preventative maintenance schedules. Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, and energy-saving improvements when appropriate. Coordinate with Maintenance, Facilities, Construction, and Operations teams on projects, renovations, seasonal maintenance, and special events. Assist with commissioning and startup of new HVACR equipment for construction and renovation projects. Provide guidance and support to maintenance personnel and junior technicians as needed. Travel between Revel Group properties as required to perform maintenance and repairs. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in HVACR or a related field preferred. EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required. Proven experience as an HVACR Technician in commercial, hospitality, industrial, or multi-site facilities. Strong knowledge of HVACR systems, refrigeration cycles, controls, electrical troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance practices. Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Familiarity with applicable building codes, OSHA requirements, and industry safety standards. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while managing priorities across multiple locations. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, climb ladders, work at heights, enter confined spaces, and perform physically demanding work in varying environmental conditions. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations as needed.
