About the Role Cook Out Restaurants is looking for experienced Restaurant Maintenance Technicians with hot and cold side experience to join our expanding maintenance team. You'll keep our restaurants running at their best — diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment across multiple locations. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable restaurant operations Travel between locations as needed and participate in on-call rotation Qualifications HVAC/Refrigeration Certification (EPA Required) 1+ year HVAC/R or restaurant repair experience preferred Skilled in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical troubleshooting Able to lift up to 50 lbs Valid Driver's License (3+ years clean record) Must pass background, MVR, and drug screening Must have flexible availability for on-call rotation and travel Must have your own proper tools for refrigeration work Why Join Cook Out?
