•Pay based on experience•$5,000 sign on bonus for select applicants Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This position requires strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on field experience to troubleshoot issues, perform quality repairs, and ensure all work meets safety and performance standards. Duties Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Perform routine maintenance and service on heating and cooling equipment to ensure proper operation and efficiency. Identify system issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions. Communicate clearly with customers regarding system condition, repair options, and preventative maintenance. Maintain accurate service records, job notes, and parts usage for completed work. Ensure all service work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle in clean and professional condition. Drive company vehicles to job sites while following all traffic laws and safety guidelines. Experience Proven experience in HVAC service, troubleshooting, or equipment repair is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with heating and air conditioning systems. Familiarity with electrical diagnostics, refrigeration systems, and airflow performance is a plus. Experience with field service operations and customer-facing work environments is beneficial. A valid driver's license is required for operating company vehicles. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and professionalism when interacting with customers.
