What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform professional installations, including furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits Provide preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently Deliver excellent customer service with integrity and professionalism Take pride in high-quality work that gets it right the first time What We're Looking For Proven HVAC experience (3+ years preferred) Strong skills in troubleshooting, repair, and system installations EPA certification (required) Excellent communication and customer service abilities Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
