What You'll Do As an HVAC Installer, you'll: Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, and ductwork Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment safely and efficiently Perform retrofit installations to company quality standards Fabricate and install basic sheet metal and duct modifications Ensure proper airflow, system performance, and clean final product Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle Work closely with the team to complete installations correctly and on schedule What We Offer Top Pay

• Gaming systems + TV to unwind What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred EPA Certification Strong understanding of HVAC installation best practices Experience with ductwork, airflow, brazing, charging systems, and equipment start-up Ability to read installation layouts and wiring diagrams Pride in clean, organized workmanship Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with a crew Valid driver's license with clean, insurable record Leadership mentality and willingness to mentor apprentices when needed
