This role is ideal for a hands-on team player with strong HVAC expertise and a commitment to maintaining high property standards. Position Overview The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders, unit turns, monitoring grounds, and delivering excellent service to residents. Key Responsibilities Perform and oversee HVAC maintenance and repairs (EPA certification required) Ensure proper operation and maintenance of pool facilities (CPO certification required) Complete and oversee unit turns, preventative maintenance, and work order completion Perform hands-on maintenance including: Drywall repair and painting Carpentry Plumbing Electrical work HVAC troubleshooting and repair Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company policies Communicate effectively with property management, vendors, and residents Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and training of maintenance staff Perform other duties as assigned Requirements EPA Certification (required) CPO Certification (required) Proven experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while supporting team goals Physical ability to: Stand and walk for extended periods Bend, reach, stoop, and climb ladders Lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Why Join Us?
