Job Description
Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the operations supporting multiple facilities in the Nashville area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Nashville, TN What's the Job? Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and facilities. Perform preventative maintenance and monitor repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems. Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning and compliance with standards. Maintain responsibility for inventory control, purchasing, and contracted maintenance services. Record readings, calibrate equipment, and make adjustments to optimize HVAC system performance. What's Needed? High School Diploma or Equivalent. 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems. EPA 608 Type II Certification required; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
