www.wjbachman.com Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Assist HVAC mechanics and foremen with installation and jobsite support Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Perform basic mechanical tasks such as cutting, fastening, sealing, and assembling components Support installation of ductwork, piping, and other mechanical systems Load, unload, and stage materials as needed for daily operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite environment Follow instructions, project schedules, and safety procedures Communicate effectively with team members to ensure workflow efficiency Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times

Qualifications Experience:

1-3 years of experience in commercial construction or mechanical trades preferred

Mechanical Aptitude:

Strong willingness to learn HVAC systems and mechanical installation processes

Teamwork:

Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions

Certifications:
