Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various installs of refrigeration systems in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will be reliable, eager to learn, have a clean driving record and reliable transportation. Prior experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to help you succeed in this role. Pay is based on experience. Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment Operate hand tools and power tools Setting up new HVACR equipment, including wiring, and connecting refrigeration lines Maintenance and repair Duct Work Skills Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team Good communication skills for effective coordination with team members Basic understanding of construction safety standards and procedures (training provided if needed) Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for project success Prior experience in commercial refrigeration or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key Strong work ethic and willingness to learn This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry while contributing to meaningful projects.
