Overview Tired of your current employer stealing all your evenings and weekends with a mandatory on call rotation? No mandatory on call rotation here. Our techs choose if, and how often, they want to take after hours calls...or not at all! We need HVAC Service Technicians! But we only want good ones... If your a good HVAC Service Technician... and a good person... and you want to work with other good people... and tired of working 60-80 hours per week...

https://hyltonheatingandcooling.com/employment.php Duties Maintain and repair HVAC systems. Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems and perform necessary repairs. Collaborate with other technicians to complete projects efficiently and safely. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards while on the job site. Operate company vehicles responsibly while traveling to job sites. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Technician Strong knowledge of HVAC systems. Familiarity with various tools used in the repair of HVAC systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is a plus but not mandatory. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
