Air Systems, a division of SRM Concrete, is expanding and looking for experienced HVAC Installers to join our team in Middle Tennessee. Your Mission & Key Responsibilities:

As an HVAC Installer with Air Systems, you'll be responsible for: Installing new HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, etc.) in homes and businesses Replacing outdated or inefficient HVAC equipment Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals Ensuring all installations meet code requirements and company standards Testing systems for proper operation and making necessary adjustments Communicating with customers about installation progress and answering questions Working efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs on time Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What Sets You Apart:

Experience:

2+ years as an HVAC Installer, with a proven track record of quality installations (more experience is a plus)

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of HVAC installation techniques, tools, and safety practices

Certifications:

EPA Section 608 and other relevant HVAC certifications are a plus Attention to

Detail:

You take pride in doing the job right the first time

Customer Service:

Friendly, professional, and respectful in customers' homes and businesses

Team Player:

Reliable, punctual, and willing to help your crew succeed

Physical Ability:

Able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in attics/crawl spaces, and handle the physical demands of the job
