HVAC Service Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to work independently in various environments. The technician will be expected to provide excellent customer service while ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. Pay is based on experience. Duties Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and heating systems. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components. Communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance and necessary repairs. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while on the job site. Operate service vehicles safely as a van driver to travel to job sites. Skills Proficient in appliance repair with a focus on HVAC systems. Strong mechanical skills with the ability to build, maintain, and repair complex systems. Experience in field service operations with a customer-focused approach. Knowledge of welding techniques as it pertains to HVAC installations and repairs is a plus. Ability to read and understand technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Required to have a clean MVR and valid drivers license.
