Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional service in maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC systems across various properties. Duties Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems. Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Utilize specialized tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for repairs requiring metal fabrication. Maintain detailed service records, logs of repairs performed, parts used, and system performance reports for accountability and future reference. Qualifications EPA Certification Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair. Knowledge of construction practices related to building systems integration. Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, refrigeration cycles, ammonia refrigeration systems, and property maintenance standards. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a driver vehicle safely.
