Run warranty calls and recalls on new system installations Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC equipment Repair or replace warranty-related components and equipment Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure installations meet company standards Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners Accurately document service details, parts used, and resolutions in ServiceTitan Collaborate with installation teams to identify and resolve recurring issues Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing the Radiant brand Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and manufacturer guidelines

What You Need:

3+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment Experience with warranty service and post-installation repairs preferred Experience with variable speed units and communicating systems Experience replacing parts such as contactors, capacitors, motors, boards, and sensors Ability to recover, charge, and handle refrigerant safely EPA Certification and TDLR License Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently At Radiant, we don't just install comfort, we stand behind it.
