All-Star Trade Pros is hiring ONE experienced HVAC Service-Selling Technician to help us continue our expansion into the Temple and Belton market. We're a rapidly growing HVAC & Plumbing company serving Central Texas, and demand in Bell County is already outpacing our capacity. In fact, we haven't even turned on all of our marketing yet. Right now, our Williamson County team is driving into Bell County every day to handle service calls. We're ready to transition those calls to a dedicated local technician and build the foundation for our future Temple/Belton warehouse location. This isn't just another truck position. For the right person, this is an opportunity to become the lead technician—and potentially the future Field Supervisor or Operations Leader—for our Bell County expansion. ⭐ What You Can Expect ✅ 20% Commission Pay Plan on on all repair sales ✅ Minimum Guaranteed Pay of $800 Per Week, with unlimited commission upside. ✅ Consistent Call Volume (3-5 Calls Per Day) ✅ Company Truck, Gas Card & Tablet Provided ✅ Health, Dental & Vision Benefits ✅ PTO Available ✅ Paid Training & Ongoing Development ✅ Strong Marketing That Keeps You Busy We generate the calls. You run them, help customers, and get paid. ⭐ What You'll Do Run residential HVAC service, diagnostic, repair and maintenance calls Perform thorough system evaluations and tune-ups Diagnose issues quickly and accurately Present honest repair and replacement options Build trust with homeowners through education and professionalism Deliver a true 5-star customer experience Maintain accurate service records and a clean, organized truck Support the team wherever needed ⭐ Who We're Looking For 4-12+ years of residential HVAC experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and customer service Comfortable presenting options and closing work Self-motivated and performance-driven Professional appearance and attitude Team-first mentality ⭐ Real Talk We're not a high-pressure, replace-first company. As we continue growing, we'll need someone to help lead and eventually oversee our Bell County operation. ⭐ Schedule Full-Time Position Thursday - Monday Schedule OFF Tuesday & Wednesday We operate 7 days a week from 8 AM - 8 PM with staggered schedules to support work-life balance while providing great service to our customers.
