Install heating and cooling systems in residential homes (and light commercial if needed) Work with ductwork, IAQ systems, electrical components, and airflow calibration Load, prep, and travel to job sites with your team Represent the Malek brand with professionalism and respect — in uniform, on-time, and ready to work Follow the team leader's direction and ensure high-quality installs every time Maintain accurate records and keep your truck, tools, and equipment in top shape Participate in ongoing training and development to grow into your next roleWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of residential HVAC install experience preferred EPA certification preferred Clean driving record + valid license Mechanically inclined, strong with tools, and coachable Takes pride in a clean install and a job well done Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, working in attics, crawl spaces, and Texas weatherCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS
