Our HVAC Sales Technicians help homeowners solve comfort problems, present professional solutions, and earn strong commissions while building long-term careers. This role combines technical HVAC knowledge with customer communication and sales opportunity. You'll diagnose system issues, educate homeowners, provide repair and replacement options, and help customers make confident decisions for their home and family. Position Summary This position is ideal for technicians with some residential experience and strong customer communication skills. As a Selling HVAC Tech, you'll diagnose problems, present multi-option solutions, and guide homeowners toward smart repair or replacement decisions. You'll be trained to master the close — and get paid like a top producer. We'll train the right candidate technically, but some HVAC or residential service experience is required.
