This is a full-time position responsible for keeping our apartment community operating efficiently while providing excellent service to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems. Install new HVAC units and replace existing systems as needed. Perform preventive maintenance to keep air conditioning systems operating efficiently. Complete apartment make-readies, including HVAC inspections and repairs. Perform general maintenance, including painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, appliance repairs, and carpentry. Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner. Maintain grounds and common areas as needed. Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
Qualifications:
EPA Certification required. Experience installing and servicing residential HVAC systems. Apartment maintenance experience preferred. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general repairs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent customer service skills.
