The Cleaning Technician will use hemical degreasers, various tools and pressure washer. The moval of grease buildup is done in accordance with NFPA 96 Code and company operating procedures and policies. Qualifications Safety conscious, work safely while removing grease and water Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders Physically fit, can lift 25 Ibs at least. Able to work within range

• 8pm•4am Monday through Friday.

On occasion, we work on the weekends. Valid Driver's License Reliable means of transportation to and from work Able to communicate effectively Responsibilities Punctual, showing up for work on time and prepared to go to work Exemplify Professionalism, positive behavior from start to finish of work shift Review notes file to prepare for shift Protect all customers equipment, e.g, grill, stove, to prevent damage. Protect roof top to prevent damage Remove all grease buildup from all parts of the Commercial Kitchen exhaust system Take before and after pictures of each job Clean up after job of removing grease is complete. Condition of customer facility should be just as good or better than you found it. Document and communicate observations about the job.
