Full Job Description Summary :

The HVAC Install Manager oversees residential and/or commercial HVAC installation operations. This role manages installation teams, schedules projects, ensures quality workmanship, maintains customer satisfaction, and supports company revenue and efficiency goals.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities :

Manage daily HVAC installation operations and installation crews Schedule and coordinate installation jobs efficiently Monitor quality control and ensure installations meet code and company standards Train, coach, and develop installers and lead technicians Conduct job site inspections and safety audits Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction Review completed jobs for accuracy, permits, and documentation Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and service departments Manager labor costs, productivity, and installation performance metrics Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations Assist with hiring and onboarding installation staff Maintain inventory and equipment accountability Support revenue growth through operational efficiency and upsell opportunities

Requirements :

5+ years of pervious leadership or management experience in HVAC Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation practices Understanding of local mechanical codes and permits Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and team simultaneously Valid driver's license and clean driving record This position description is intended to be dynamic and subject to change.
